Bagels here are exceptional. Large size, soft inside, perfect crust. Omelet was delicious. Home fries are well done, tasty. Good coffee too. 😂

Best bagels I’ve found so far in the area. Always fresh.

Absolutely terrible experience. I gave it two stars and not one star because nobody working there was rude to me. However, I waited in line 8 minutes to by an orange juice around 1030am on a weekday. I ended up putting the orange juice back and walked out. I should have drank it and told the manager DO BETTER! Why? Because that entire time I waited in line not one person working there out of the 3 or 4 employees acknowledged me or anybody else. I'm not looking for a omg hey how are you today or anything, a simple hi would have sufficed. Or how about hey sorry we are a little backed up at the moment but we will be right with you asap. So now do you see why I felt like drinking that orange juice and throwing it at them telling them how much their customer service sucked? Just a fantasy I had but I withheld from acting upon said fantasy. I'm better than that. But seriously guys, word of mouth is the cheapest form of advertising! The customer IS NOT always right, but your customers keep you in business! Perhaps close the store down for a day, gather all your employees, and take some classes or workshops on proper customer service. Just a thought. Just re-read my review from several weeks back. I wanted to clarify why I said nobody working at Village Bagels was rude to me. By not acknowledging me in any way or apologizing for the wait, I think was an extreme disservice and shortcoming. Was that rude? Perhaps some may perceive that as rude, but I personally didn't feel it to be rude. I saw their actions as a business as a failure. Everyone working there that day failed to display any kind of human decency towards me and anyone else waiting in that line.
